Abstract

Advances in new information technology have considerably changed the end user computer environment. Therefore, it is appropriate to revalidate existing user satisfaction measurement instruments. Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) developed an instrument that measured end user satisfaction with now 20-year old information systems and which has been widely cited and used. This pilot study revalidates their measurement instrument on a state-of-the-art, search-driven enterprise portal.
