Abstract

The paper presents a case study of User Centered Design (UCD) assessment. The case study is aimed to design and test GUI of online banking application. The procedure is multistep, based on UCD phases. Case study implemented such methods as Contextual analysis, Heuristic evaluation, Prototyping and extended iterative User test. The paper outlines contain description of applied methods and results including survey summary and users recommendations. The adjusted version of GUI is also presented.
