Abstract

With the international trend towards digitization and intelligence, traditional geotechnical testing technology has gradually been replaced by digital image technology. This article focuses on the basic principle of digital image correlation method, discusses the applicability of this technology in strain measurement of geotechnical structures in civil engineering and bridge engineering, and discusses the development prospects of this technology.
