Business Intelligence as a HRIS for Absenteeism

Abstract

This paper is based on an experience using Business Intelligence systems for workers absenteeism analysis on a large organization. The related concepts are explained, an actual application case is presented, and finally we discuss some drawbacks and advantages of this approach.
