Abstract

The paper describes new, innovative and highly secure E–mail system. The system, first, provides both standard security services for E-mail letters: signed and encrypted E–mail. In addition, address book is encrypted, thus E-mail addresses can not be stolen for spamming. Each E–mail server is protected using SAML authorization policy, so E–mails are received only from authorized senders. Finally, all E–mail addresses are validated and certified by specially designed Secure E–mail Infrastructure (SEI) Authorities, organized in a federated hierarchy. Thus CryptoNet Secure E–mail system completely eliminates spam, distribution of viruses, worms, and malware, and eliminates the possibility to use fake E–mail addresses.
