IMPLEMENTATION OF RESTRICTION AND VALIDATION RULES

Olegas Vasilecas, Evaldas Lebedys

Abstract

The paper discusses implementation of restriction and validation rules. Restriction rules based and validation rules based data cleaning approaches are discussed. The differences between restriction rules and validation rules are distinguished. The paper presents a method for automated data validation rules implementation in data cleaning procedures.
