Abstract

There has been considerable research investigating the impact of IT on supply chain management of organization. The reason for this research is to enable organizations to improve their supply chain networks, thus enhancing overall productivity, performance and competitive advantage. We have attempted to use the Resource Based View (RBV) to develop a conceptual model aimed at investigating the effectiveness of supply chain integration capability of organization.
