Abstract

This research analyzed teachers’ competence based on the paradigm of stimulus-response (S-R) in its application and is expected to be developed in line with the demands of the implementation of the multiple education learning systems. The aims of the study were to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of learning the expectations of society in pioneering a better future and the influence of teachers’ competence on the effectiveness of the dual education system. The results shows that PSG boosts the role as a partner institution for the parties involved directly and actively in the implementation of cooperation for a meaningful youth learning and coaching, particularly vocational high school graduates, teachers can guide industry practice in the real world of work, thus the learning services that are presented to provide provision of skills are relevant to the needs of the community/world of work. Lastly, it gives satisfaction to the teachers because it can provide effective learning in achieving the goals of learning in vocational high school.
