Dimension Service Experience in Forming Repurchase Intention on MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the level of service, experience and repurchase intention of clinic patients as well as the influence of dimensions of service experience in shaping the repurchase intention in patients of MD Clinic by Lazeta Skin Care Branch Kopo, Bandung. This was a descriptive and verificative. The method used was explanatory survey with simple random sampling with the sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used was a structural model with equal tools computer software SPSS AMOS 22.0. Based on the research, the size of the influence of each variable was directly latent (standardize direct effect) or indirectly (standardize indirect effect and the total effect). In fact, the total effect that variable dimensions service experience have was direct influence in forming repurchase intention of 0.769. Meanwhile, service experience as influential dominant variable must be controlled directly by company originality/ value.
