Clincal examination found the tooth to be dark brown and periapical radiography showed a periapical lesion. Management: the tooth was treated endodontically with obturation and a bleaching agent intracoronally for 3-7 days. After the color had changed, the tooth was filled with resin composite. Conclusion: Intracoronal bleaching and composite restoration are solutions for esthetic and conservative discolored teeth.
