Application of Combined Forecast Method in Highway Network Scale Forecast in Moderately Developed Cities

Abstract

In this paper, based on traditional highway network scale forecast method, the combined forecast model of variance-covariance appropriate for moderately developed cities is proposed and the application verification of the model is conducted in Zhaoqing, indicating the feasibility and maneuverability of the model and method. To sum up, the model and method can provide theoretical and practical foundation for highway network scale forecast of cities as the same type.
