Simulation of Temperature Field of Sponge Titanium Prepared by Magnesium Thermal Reduction Process

Abstract

In this paper, based on the analysis of the current production process of titanium sponge, the temperature field model was built by using the assumption of the model and the temperature field of different models were simulated by using the FLUENT software. The characteristics of temperature field was obtained in the process of sponge titanium prepared by magnesium thermal reduction process under different process ways, by which a feasible scheme was provided for the actual production.
