Abstract

Dynamic commitment of International Community in the issue of control upon global warming has been developed since 1919. As seen from some number of International Treaties, Paris Agreement, for instance, showed the strength of International Commitment to solve global-warming-related issues as well as environmental-related one. When the majority of International States agree to be bound, in contrast, the USA new President, Donald Trump has ammended the former president involvement by pulling out the ratification. Despite of the situation, however, the rest of the world are still firmly standing together in fighting global warming in Indonesia. This paper will further discuss in brief about the progress of regulations regarding global warming solutions and its implications both in national and international scale. Furthermore, specifically, this paper highlight the effectivity of Paris Agreement regime enforcement in reducing the negative impacts of global warming. Food security will the main highlighted concern and also become the indicator of comparative studies applied in this research.
