Abstract

Ionic liquids (ILs) were supported on metal organic frameworks (MOFs) for adsorption of tetracyclines (TCNs) from water samples. Benzothiazolium haxafluorophosphate IL when combined with Zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 MOF ([HBth][PF6] @ZIF-8) demonstrated successful adsorption performance.
