The Analysis Factors of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Income in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that effect Micro Small and Medium Enterprises income in Indonesia by using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The source of data were Bank Indonesia and The Cooperative Ministry in 2010:1 – 2017:4. The results of data analysis indicates that: (1) Bank credit distribution has a positive and not significant effect on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises income in Indonesia, (2) Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Labor has a positive and significant effect on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises income in Indonesia, (3) Interest rate has a negative and significant effect on on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises income in Indonesia.
