Nonlinear Dynamics Method in the Impedance Signals Analysis of the Eye Blood Flow of Patients with Glaucoma

Abstract

The article considers the possibility of analyzing the signals of transpalpebral reophthalmography with the help of the method of nonlinear dynamics. In analyzing the signals, it was considered a method with a reconstruction of the signal attractor. An optimal time delay was chosen for the reconstruction, which allowed us to construct an attractor in the space of selected coordinates. Next, we analyzed the mass centers of the reconstructed attractors, the position of the coordinates allowed us to formulate a decisive rule for comparing and dividing signals into groups.Verification of the results carried out on the model signals. The application of this technique was shown with the help of the examples of signal analysis in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.
