Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze e-HRM users’ perceptions about e-HRM in SME’s in Kuwait. The research type will be explorative. The researcher believes that the research will help to acquire more information and knowledge about e-HRM in SMEs. Major researches of e-HRM have been conducted in large enterprises only. Information about e-HRM practices in SMEs is still scarce. Users’ perceptions of using e-HRM in Kuwait have not been explored yet. This research will focus on e-HRM tools which are em- ployed in SME’s in Kuwait in order to acquire more information about user perceptions of e-HRM tools in SMEs.
