Abstract

This work focuses on the problem of managing quality changes in Data Integration Systems, in particular those which are generated due to quality changes at the sources. Our approach is to model the behaviour of sources and system data quality, and use these models as a basic input for DIS quality maintenance. In this paper we present techniques for the construction of quality behaviour models, as well as an overview of the general mechanism for DIS quality maintenance.
