Abstract
Many universities are paying more attention to students' artistic cultivation, which is essential for their personality formation. Music education is a vital part of artistic cultivation in university. It will help university students to improve their culture awareness, mind, outlook on life and physical, mental development. Therefore, promotion of university music education is of great significance for students' artistic cultivation. This research introduces the influence of university music education on students' artistic cultivation in various aspects, letting more people know the importance of university music education.
