Abstract: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems are widely used to meet the ever-increasing technological demands for monitoring and control of distributed system. An intelligent simulator is designed to enhance the conventional SCADA system. The new architecture can be exploited to develop integrated systems for complex distributed system management, performance prediction, fault detection and optimized operation.
