Abstract: In this paper, we present a case study that illustrate the use of an approach that facilitates and supports the combined use of i* and BPMN for performing business modeling in a synergistic fashion on a complex project for a large government agency in Australia. We used a constrained development methodology to facilitate this modeling practice. The purpose of this case study is to further demonstrate the applicability of our proposed methodology in a real time, big scale industrial project.
