Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the interest of student discipline in attending lectures in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all Management Department students at the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veterans" Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is Convenience Sampling. The sample size was 107 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, using SPSS path analysis. The results showed the determinant of student discipline interest in the Management department of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veterans" Yogyakarta was built more through extrinsic motivation than punishment.
