Abstract:
As online consumer behavior is being paid more and more attentions from both managers and academic researchers, it is urgent to understand the whole landscape of the research field. Since then, this paper, based on knowledge metric analysis technique of mapping knowledge domains, reviews the literature of online consumer behavior research from three perspectives – the development of the research around the world, the theoretical foundations of the research and the focused topics, providing some insights for future studies.
