Abstract:
It is necessary to provide interfaces that meet the highest possible number of elderly users, regardless of their sensory, physical, cognitive and emotional abilities. Although the literature reports research related to interaction diversity and tailorable interfaces, there are few studies on methods and techniques to evaluate adjustable interfaces. This paper presents an analytical approach based on the evaluation of flexible mobile user interfaces for the elderly. A case study with evaluation experts applied this approach to an executable prototype, and the impressions of the evaluators about this structure were highlighted.
