Abstract:
The study’s objective was to theoretically examine, create, and experimentally test various approaches for instructing lyceum students in the fundamentals of quantum informatics. The following was accomplished as a result of the research assignments: 1) The sources on the issue of teaching quantum informatics in Ukraine and abroad were examined; 2) The structure and content of the competences in the basics of quantum informatics for the lyceum students were theoretically grounded and developed (the results of the expert survey and the European competence framework in the field of quantum technologies were taken into consideration); 3) the structural and functional model for forming the competences in the basics of quantum informatics were developed; 4) in the optional course of the same name, it was proposed a methodological framework for teaching the fundamentals of quantum informatics to lyceum students; and 5) it was also experimentally tested to see how well the developed methodo
logy worked in developing the students’ competency in the fundamentals of quantum informatics. Further scientific investigations into the quantum transformation of the school’s informatics are also described.
