Abstract

In this paper, we discussed the problems brought by the schema heterogeneity in DLs, especially those problems found in the application of the OAI-PMH protocol. This paper studies the problem from two perspectives, namely the schema and the architecture respectively. A preliminary architecture is provided that integrates the ontology, agent, P2P together to support the schema mapping. And the semantic negotiation strategy between the heterogenous agents has also been described.
