Abstract
Agent-oriented computing has been addressed for seeking significant advances on complex process management systems. However, recent research on this problem is experience-driven, ad-hoc, and without a cohesive theoretical base. This study aims to examine the key problems and solutions for complex process management as well as the mechanism of why and how agent-oriented computing can be applied in developing complex process management solutions.
