Abstract
The technical-scientific vocational crisis has become for several years a crucial issue within the scientific community. Nowadays in Italy this worrying matter mostly concerns ICT Universities and Faculties. Starting from the analysis of the situation and identifying some possible reasons, we focus on the vision and the concrete strategies of the Faculty of Information Technology Engineering of Politecnico di Milano. In particular, this paper introduces two kinds of projects: vocational guidance programs and habit change initiatives.
