This paper introduced X-Fee, an OSGi-based
framework to provide monitoring and user feedback
in the Internet of Services. X-Fee owns two main
components: (1) SloMon and (2) WebRat, which can
be used separately or in an integrated way to
implement techniques for feedback creation as well
as reputation calculation. In contrast to the state-of-
the-art feedback components, X-Fee is interoperable,
highly flexible and extensible and can be used by
heterogeneous applications. Moreover, it is adaptive
to the customers need.
