Telecom Open Platform has two-side functions, one
is to collect different telecom capabilities hosted in
different platforms, and the other is to offer these
capabilities to the outer world through fine-defined
open APIs.The aim of CTOP is to construct a base
platform to achieve convergence and business model
change and helps the users to become the centre of
the services.
