Abstract
Cloud-based workflow management systems provide platforms for modeling and execution of workflows while offering the common benefits of cloud computing. Additionally, the opportunity for workflow reuse and collaborative modeling could support agile business, as better workflows can be created according to a particular demand of the business with less effort. This paper addresses the issue of workflow reuse and collaborative modeling within a community of users. We present a new resource model for workflow related resources as well as a proposal for an access control mechanism. The proposed methods are currently under development within the workflow management system CAKE.
