solution, based on the presented architecture,
includes but is not limited to: Validation of its
applicability in the local government institution
under study - the Town Hall; analyze what benefits
this system introduces in the local government
organization and in the life of citizens; identification
of a set of indicators considered relevant for future
implementations in other local government
organizations.
