Abstract
How do educators develop the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills required of 21st century teachers? Teachers need effective technology exposure and practice in order to develop the skills required to integrate current technologies into daily lessons. A partnership between Education Department faculty in the United States and K-12 private school teachers in Southern Europe revealed the necessity of the 4Ts of Time, Tools, Training, and Teamwork when exposed to emergent technologies.
