Abstract

The work built a model of dominant process of knowledge service in intellectual resources using systematic engineering method, modern knowledge management theory and method for the dominant change of recessive resource. Furthermore, the structure, principle and elements of the model were descripted. Besides, the dominant process of intellectual resource was divided into requirement elicitation, intelligence processing and knowledge diffusion. Its links are further subdivided and studied.
