reports on the integration of genomic data with CT
scan image data (Showe et al., 2009) however, there
is no commercial test available using the integrated
approach to discriminate nodules in lung cancer.
Further studies are in progress to analyze CT scan
images and genomic data collected from high risk
individuals.
