Abstract
The controversy over online versus conventional transportation in Indonesia is triggerred by the difference of tarrifs between yelow plate (conventional transportation) and black (online transportation). There has been no firm regulation governing it. This research aims to find a resolution to the conflict from the governance perspective. This descriptive qualitative research uses secondary dataand content analysis. In the collaborative governance-based resolution through “authentic dialogue”, government acts as a mediator and negotiator to look for a collectively sustainable solution. Through conflict resolution from the governance perspective, the government along with stakeholders should prepare any comprehensive social orders/regulations, related to online-based application use.
