The Influence of Leader-member Exchange to Employee Voice

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to reveal the influence of leader member exchange to employee voice. The method used was explanatory survey. The subject in this study was 47 employees of a cooperation in Bandung, Indonesia, i.e. kopontren Da’arut Tauhid (DT). The data were analyzed using regression linier with the help of SPSS. The results show that leader-member exchange (LMX) influences employee voice (EV). It should be considered that companies ought to improve employee voice that is one aspect of leader member exchange. Some solution to encourage EV in Kopontren (DT) are encouraging employees’ involvement every decision-making and give opportunity talk about the organizational problems.
