Abstract
The purpose of this research was to seek the influence of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. The method used was explanatory survey. The subject in this study was 30 employees of a gas company in Bandung, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using regression linear. The results show that interpersonal communication influenced the organizational commitment. It should be considered that companies should improve employees’ interpersonal communication which leads to organizational commitment improvement. One of the efforts could be done by the company is to step up their commitment employees by means of job involvement and engagement.
