Measuring Public-University Student Satisfaction in Indonesia: A Comparative Study in 11 Public Universities

Abstract
This study aimed to present students’ satisfaction in 11 public universities in Indonesia. The result reveals that among portals of service deliveries measurement, lecturer and classroom facility are the most important portals of services to build student satisfactions. Overall, Institut Teknologi Bandung is reported as the university with the highest student satisfaction.
