Abstract
The level of students’ thinking ability was found to be low. This was indicated by the facts that students cannot solve the problems, analyze, and draw conclusion. It was suspected because students are not trained to think critically and are more focused on accounting and listening activities. This study aims to describe the differences in the critical thinking capacity in the post-test between the two classes of experiments. The method was experimental query with non-equivalent control group. The result showed that there was a difference in the ability of the critical thinking and gain of the ability to think critically on the basis of experimental class that derive from the 7E Learning Cycle model with a representative of the controls that obtain the lecturing learning method.
