Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the role of Public Relations (PR) in the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) through members of the society. Respondents are from societies located in seven sub-districts around Surabaya and Gresik, East Java, Indonesia as beneficiaries of CSR. The quantitative method is used to prove the hypothesis based on the Excellence Theory. Results of this analysis show that the correlation of PR as representative of management and the satisfaction of society in PR performance regarding the implementation of the CSR program is 74.6%.
