Enforcing the Services of Prolanis Based on Strategic Management Approach in Wonopringgo, Pekalongan Regency

Abstract

Prolanis is a solution controlling chronical diseases. The goals of Prolanis are promoting quality of life and controlling health financing eficiency. The purpose of the research was to contruct strategic model. It was a case study research. Informants were the managers of Prolanis, doctors, and the head of Puskesmas. Triangulation informants were participants with hypertension and type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Data were taken by an in-depth interview to key informants and triangulation informants. The output of the research was a strategic formulation. The coverage expansion of participant, maintaining the participant’s satisfaction, strategy of skill and ability, enhancement of home visit strategy, maintaining the participant’s satisfaction and increasing the benefit of Prolanis. The strategic formulations were enhancing visit of new participants, building participant’s loyalty and maintaining fellowship.
