Abstract
The implementation of cloud computing in the context of health information provides a hardware independent manner of accessing, sharing data, streamlining costs and optimizing efficiency. Despite the benefits provided by cloud computing, the process of migrating from a health care IT system remains slow and subject to privacy and security challenges. In this paper we explore the levels of protection in using the clod in health sector under Islamic law and Saudi legislation.
