Abstract
Chronic plantar ulcer in Leprosy is a still a problem in term of patient’s medical and social aspect. Amniotic membrane stem cell (AMSC) conditioned medium provide growth factors and sitokin for the chronic ulcer’s healing. Vitamin C as antioxidant, anti inflamatory, dan collagen synthesis can be useful for wound healing.
