Abstract

The raising business cost with ever-changing business environment forces SMEs to develop adaptability and flexibility that will ensure their survival and improved performance. In the digital age, no business can grow without the use of information technology (IT). Organization performance of SMEs is the key focus for this study as SMEs are the key contributors to national economy. This study will be useful for entrepreneurs as well as academic scholars in generating a framework that can improve overall organizational performance in an emerging economic context.
