Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the correlation between the principal's leadership and the work environment with the teacher's performance. From the results of multiple correlation calculations, there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership and the work environment together with the teacher's performance. That there is a positive relationship between the leadership of the principal and the work environment and the performance of teachers in SDS Islam Muslimin. The results of this study indicate that the performance of teachers in SDS Muslim Muslimin Central Jakarta is influenced by the leadership of the principal and the work environment. The better the headmaster's leadership and work environment, the higher the teacher's performance. Vice versa. Or in other words there is a significant relationship between the leadership of the principal and the work environment and the performance of teachers in SDS Islam Muslimin.
