Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the integrated model of Milk customer loyalty in Indonesia. Method of analysis in the research uses literature review. This study uses twenty seven references relates to product quality, brand image, price, advertisement, decision making and customer loyalty. Several studies discuss the relationship between product quality, brand image, prices and advertisement on decision making. Besides that it also reviews the relationship between these variables on customer loyalty. However, it presents the shortcomings of current research and the trends for future study in healthy industry.
