Abstract

The use of persuasive applications to change behavior has presented efficient results in the most varied areas, for example in the health area, applications send notifications remembering daily exercises and in addition to losing calories you can still accumulate points. In the domains that involve sustainability linked to the use of electric energy and water the persuasive applications have shown promise and present a good field to follow. In this sense this work presents an investigation about which persuasive strategies are most used and which can still be explored in the applications that seek to make the user have a sustainable behavior in the use of water and electricity. This research has taken place through a systematic review.
