Abstract
The extremely competitive and globalized business environment directs organizations torely on human capital to be innovative. Innovative work behavior is progressively vital for organizations’ survival. Affective Committed employees are needed for organizations to foster innovative behaviors. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between Affective commitment and employees’innovative behaviour. This study recognized that Affective Commitment completely influences innovation work behavior, which comprises idea generation in addition to idea implementation
