Abstract

The selection and prioritization of IT project is a common problem for IT investment in many companies. This research proposed a model for selection and prioritization process of IT project. Selection and prioritization models are made based on an integrated framework for project selection and added to the literature review regarding project selection. The result is a model that has five steps, namely: 1) Alignment Strategy, 2) Assessment, 3) Filtration, 4) Priority, and 5) Visualization.
